Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Tracked standard delivery typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location. Some items may arrive sooner. During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $50 ship FREE with tracking. Orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Track your package any time on our Track Your Order page using the number from your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show its first update after dispatch.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra cost. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@shoploomo.com and we'll correct it. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.

Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
