Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@shoploomo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no return shipping required.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Once shipped, the 30-day return policy applies.
